PERSONAL GOAL SETTING RETREATS 

This type retreat is designed for INDIVIDUALS who want to set personal goals for the future.  Often, the individuals will be members of a group such as a civic club, athletic team, reading club, discussion group, Sunday School class, etc. Although they get together regularly as a group they do not want to set goals for the group.  Instead, they want to be in a setting with people they know who will reinforce their own personal goal-setting and goal achievement.

 At this retreat you will:

    -   explore your values;
    -
   decide what you want to accomplish;
    -
   come up with a plan for doing it;
    -
   agree to help someone else accomplish his or her goals; and
    -
   allow someone else to help you accomplish your goals.

 This will be done through:

    -   guided discussion of readings, case studies and video clips;
    -
   time for silent personal reflection;
    -
   interaction with others at the retreat;
    -
   development of a personal plan;
    -
   monthly follow-up contact to you by another person; and
    -
   
monthly follow-up contact to another person by you.

 You will not:

    -   climb trees, do yoga, pull on ropes, engage in strenuous physical activity, or
    -
  
be pressured to share personal information you don�t want to share.

 The registration fee usually includes the following (NOTE:  Exact fee and food/lodging will vary depending on location):

 -  directed personal goal-setting retreat by Phil Hardwick;

-   meals at the retreat facility;

-   single room lodging at the retreat facility; and

-   personal workbook and course materials.
